Soft Strip and Refurbishment

Building refurbishment and soft strip often requires the removal of non-structural elements of a building. Often walls, partitions, ceilings, doors and floor coverings will need to be removed. During soft strip and refurbishment we segregate waste materials at source. Segregation ensures that we maximise the amount of material that is re-used or recycled through segregation. L A Moore Ltd currently aim to recycle 95% or more of all materials.

To ensure we meet your requirements with professionalism and attention to detail, soft-strips are planned systematically by our project management team and managed on-site by an experienced site supervisor. We directly employ operatives who are trained and experienced in carrying out soft-strip projects.
